The Board would like to thank everyone in the Association who participated in the recent survey concerning the painting of the building. There were a sufficient number of valid responses to garner a quorum (minimum required is 73). The tally is as follows:

 

 

Option #1: 58 members selected this option

Option #2: 36 members selected this option

 

 

*A blank copy of the survey has been provided for reference.

 

 

 

Based upon these survey results, the Board will execute Option 1, which will keep the current paint color scheme in Phase 1 and maintain this scheme throughout the rest of the community.
