The SRC property is over twelve years old and the streets are in need of overall general maintenance. A committee of SRC HOA board members and residents interviewed several repair companies and chose Contractors Asphalt to repair the streets. Street repair work will be performed on the property April 4-23.  The repairs will require road closures of approximately 26 hours to allow new pavement sealant to cure and parking spaces to be restriped.  The repair work will be done over 4 phases to allow ingress and egress as conveniently as possible. At any given time during the project, at least one entrance gate will be accessible.  Please revisit this website for regular updates on the road repairs project.
