Mark your calendar! The next Annual Homeowner’s Association meeting has been scheduled for 7 pm on Thursday, January 28th at the Parmer Woods Assisted Living Center located at 12429 Scofield Farms Drive, Austin, TX 78758 (Corner of Parmer and Scofield Farms Drive). The Board will be working with Stan on getting the necessary materials mailed as well as developing the agenda for the meeting.

 

 

Mark Dermit will not be running for re-election to the Board of Directors. Therefore, there will be a vacancy to be filled and this term will now rotate to a three-year term. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please send your name to either Gary Chetzron at gary_chetzron@dell.com or Mark Dermit at kevit64@yahoo.com to place your name on the ballot. The Board will also be working with the Communications sub-committee to see about posting candidate information on the website.

 

You may also ask, why January? Article VI, Section 6.02 of the By-Laws state, “Annual Meetings of the Association shall be held in January of each year…”
