If you have any quality/clean-up issues or if you have had problems with nails, please e-mail those to the Board.  We will compile a list for Stan who will work with the Contractor to remediate them.

 

We still expect the Contractor to power wash the driveways to clean them from excessive tire markings from the loader.

 

Below is the amended schedule for re-roofing (and can yet still change due to weather): 

 

Wednesday, December 16th: Units 50, 51, 52

Thursday, December 17th: Units 53, 54, 55

Friday, December 18th: Units 56, 57, 58

Saturday, December 19th: Units 59, 60, 61

Monday, December 21st: Units 62, 63, 64

Tuesday, December 22nd: Units 65, 66, 67

Wednesday, December 23rd: Units 68, 69, Amenity Center
