More roofing updates

- The roofers used ladders to access the roof. There shouldn't be any reason for them to be on your patios. Unlike the painting project, these crews do not need unit access to complete their work.
- The loader will need to use the driveway to move the refuse container up to the roof so that the old shingles, trash, etc. can be brought down and dumped into the larger dumpster. So if you normally leave your car out front, they will need to access the driveway. This may be more important as the project moves around to the older units that have shorter driveways than those up front.
- If you have some specific backyard plants, gardens, etc., and don't want them going through them (which they shouldn't anyway but just in case, it would be best to tell Stan so that he can relay those instructions to the contractors.
- If you plan on being away during the time that the roofers are scheduled to complete work on your unit, you may want to let Stan know of any important contact details as a precaution.
