Scofield Ridge Condos is community of individually owned condominiums, located in North Austin at 1900 Scofield Ridge Pkwy, between MoPac (Loop1) and I-35.

 

Our 90% gated community is comprised of 69 buildings and 207 units (3 units to each building).  Originally constructed in 2003, the entire SRC community as it exists today was developed in three phases.  The builder was D. R. Horton.

 

We have an Amenity Center located near the entrance of our community, with access by residents with assigned security fobs.  It includes a secure access outdoor pool, indoor restrooms, a kitchen/living area available for party rental, and a workout facility with a treadmill, two exercycles, an elliptical machine, and free weights.  The Amenities Center has WIFI access available to our residents.

 

Our HOA is governed by a Board of Directors, and managed by Goodwin Management, Inc.
